How it works

  • Seven prompts, the same for everyone today, with new ones every day.
  • Type any real thing that fits. If it isn't on our list, the game checks Wikipedia, Wikidata, Wiktionary, WordNet, and ConceptNet, and it counts if any of them back you up. Spelling is forgiven: the drill asks "Did you mean...?" If an answer doesn't fit, you get one more try.
  • Rarer answers drill deeper. Common ones barely scratch the surface.
  • Seven perfect answers reach the center of the Earth, 6,371 km down. That's 700 points.
  • One logged dig a day. Share your depth and keep the streak.
